Arden Leadership Lab
A Community Where Young People Grow Boldly
The Arden Leadership Lab is a weekly personal growth and leadership community for tweens and teens ages 9–14.
Through meaningful conversations, hands-on challenges, real-world projects, and reflection, young people build confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to navigate adolescence and beyond.
More than a class, the Leadership Lab is a place where young people make friends, discover their strengths, take on challenges, and practice becoming the people they want to be.
The Experience
Each season includes 16 weekly 90-minute sessions designed around the four areas of the Arden Framework.
Month 1: Know Yourself
Discover your strengths, values, and what makes you unique.
Month 2: Grow Yourself
Develop habits, resilience, and the mindset to keep growing.
Month 3: Connect With Others
Build communication skills, empathy, and meaningful relationships.
Month 4: Make an Impact
Use creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking to create positive change.
The season culminates in a real-world challenge where participants apply what they have learned to create a project, solve a problem, or explore an idea they care about.
What Does a Session Look Like?
Every 90-minute session includes:
Game + Connection
Building friendships and community through teamwork and fun.
Discussion
Exploring ideas and questions that help young people understand themselves and others.
Challenge
Trying new things, solving problems, and developing confidence through experience.
Reflection + Practice
Recognizing growth and applying new skills beyond Arden.

Young people are encouraged to continue with Arden across multiple seasons, building deeper relationships and continuing their growth journey.

$1,200 per season
($300/month for four months)
